Practices and games will be held at Skyview Park. This recreation program is designed to promote participation, develop fundamental skills and have fun in a mildly competitive environment. Nampa Recreation Department T-ball, Baseball & Softball The intermediate class continues with movements, breathing, meditation, the Yang Short form, Yang Long form, and an introduction to push hands (Tai Chi sparring). The beginning class covers the fundamentals of Tai Chi including basic movements, breathing, meditation, warm-up form and an introduction on the Yang Style Short form. $5 late fee applies on the 1st of the month A mouth guard and a groin protector cup (males) are recommended.
